Today a video with a recipe on how to make homemade eggnog, Advocat or egg liqueur (what do you call it ??? write in the comments, we will see which name reigns :-)). It is creamy, delicious and, above all, natural. For the sake of speed and simplicity, I will make it in #Thermomix, but if you do not have it, all you need is a mixer or a blender and beat the yolks and the rest of the ingredients with it. The recipe for about 0.75l, or about 16 portions of about 130 kcal each.
